#100DaysChallenge
For those interested in becoming Data Analysts, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, Scrum Masters and Developers, we will be starting the 100 days challenge to help you to Break Into Tech in 2023! The challenge will start on January 9th.

If you want to break into Tech you have to do the work! That’s the easiest way to break into this space, there are no shortcuts! You are going to have to develop skills, build knowledge and gain experience but sticking to doing something consistently can sometimes be quite difficult. I'm sure many of us have started courses, classes, books that we are yet to complete…. The 100 days challenge will help you be consistent in doing the work by committing to doing work everyday for a 100 days. You will be able to get support from others and be kept accountable by everyone also participating in the challenge.
These will be the challenges:

There are 2 main general rules across all the challenges:

-
You have to study or work on building a skill for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour every day for the next 100 days.
-
Everyday for 100 days, you must share at least a one line progress update in the slack channel of the challenge you are partaking in e.g #100DaysOfCode #100DaysOfProductManagement, on what you learnt or worked on that day and what you are planning to learn or work on the following day.

If you are currently in the process of applying for jobs, please feel free to join the challenge! You can create a plan to apply to jobs everyday, reach out to people to network, do mock interviews, practice coding assessments etc. and share progress in the group!

If you decide to take part in this challenge, check out each individual challenge using the links above to get started, and join the channel of the challenge you are doing in preparation for the new year!
For those starting from scratch in their journey you will also be provided with a list of things that you can work on in terms of learning and building skills over the course of 100 days.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
